Welcome to Connected Care Behavioral Health!

An Insurance Accepting Psychotherapy Practice specializing in OCD, Anxiety, and Related Disorders.

Our Story & Mission

Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illnesses in the United States. Anxiety can be significantly disabling and negatively impact one’s mood and quality of life. Connected Care Behavioral Health LLC (CCBH) was founded as a way of bringing specialized, evidence-based treatment for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. Our therapists at CCBH typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist patients in addressing anxiety-related issues. The broad category of therapies known as CBT stresses how thoughts influence feelings and behaviors and how altering thoughts and behaviors can improve one’s quality of life. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are a few therapies that fall under CBT. At CCBH, we strive to offer patients specifically tailored treatment plans that effectively and speedily transform their lives. You deserve to stop feeling overwhelmed and afraid to the point of exhaustion by freeing yourself from anxiety symptoms. We have been trained as anxiety specialists and treat anxiety and related disorders. We are here to give you the relief and serenity you deserve right now!

It's feeling connected that makes psychotherapy a success!

Connected to our
Clients

Our clients feel a fundamental element necessary for any therapeutic relationship to excel and that is they feel a strong connection to their therapists. They feel understood and on the same page with their therapist which enables the therapeutic process to be achievable.

Connected to our
Client's Doctor

Our clients feel that they are in good hands when psychotherapy in addition to their therapist connecting with their med management provider is a top priority. We underscore and value the interdisciplinary approach and advocate that our clients receive the full treatment picture.

Connected
Beyond The Session

We believe that our clients should be able to have access to their therapist as deemed necessary by our professionals outside of their session. We believe that guidance, checking in, and knowing that your not alone at moments of hardship throughout the week allows our client to feel safe and encouraged in their treatment.

Frequently asked questions

We specialize in evidence-based therapies for anxiety-related conditions, including OCD, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, specific phobias, health anxiety, hoarding, body dysmorphic disorder, PTSD, school refusal, separation anxiety, rumination, and intrusive thoughts.

Our clinicians primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), all of which are shown to be effective for anxiety and related disorders.

CBT is a structured, skills-based therapy that helps identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. It’s the cornerstone of our treatment plans, often combined with behavioral techniques and homework exercises to ensure long-term progress.

ERP gradually exposes clients to anxiety-provoking situations or thoughts—like health checks or feared germs—and helps them resist compulsive behaviors. Over time, this helps reduce anxiety and compulsions, particularly effective for OCD and illness anxiety.

School refusal is an avoidance of school due to anxiety, often showing as frequent complaints of illness, lingering at home, or calling parents during the day. We treat it using ERP and CBT, with gradual exposure (e.g., partial school days), plus family and school support.

We work with individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and related conditions.
